Alessio Rupalti was born on January 27, 1986 in Genoa, Italy. Since his childhood he was attracted to the world of the cinema. This interest becomes a real passion through the years.
In Genoa Alessio realizes his first short films thanks to which in 2011 he receives the prize as Best Ligurian Talent and a letter of congratulations from the President of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano. In the same fall he moves to Rome and starts his collaboration with the director Pupi Avati working at the beginning as director assistant and then in the role of personal second director assistant.
In Rome Alessio also realizes the short film "Looking for something else" thanks to which he obtains several international awards.
Meanwhile he is involved in multiple collaborations on various fields. Alessio works with independent productions such as Wearedreamers and Lucerna Films, with advertising agencies like Lateral Film, Rustici Visual Communication, Opinion Leader and together with the worldwide known cinematographic enterprise Rai Cinema Spa.
On these years Alessio comes to the decision to take on a new challenge and move abroad to improve further his professional skills and knowledge. In early 2018 he moves to London.
