Biography

Nikki Meadows is a UK based Casting Director working across TV and film in the UK and US, specialising in factual drama and high end drama documentary for television. She is a full member of the Casting Directors' Guild, The Casting Directors Association and a voting member of BAFTA. Most recent projects include 18 episodes/3 seasons of drama-doc Jesus - Crown of Thorns directed by Hereward Pelling for Nutopia and an ambitious 3 part part full drama series for Lightbox Gunpowder Siege directed by Mark Everest for Sky. She continues to work regularly with BBC Studios Factual programming casting their high profile drama-docs - including Rome - Rise of An Empire, Renaissance Rebels (with Charles Dance in the role of Michelangelo) and Piper Alpha directed by Emma Frank, Lucy Worsley v Conan Doyle directed by Simon George and upcoming BBC series Civilisations directed by Anthony Mitchell. She cast the BBC's critically acclaimed and BAFTA winning feature drama-documentary "Suffragettes with Lucy Worsley"
