- Chris Cornwell is a screenwriter based in London known for Strike Back (2010), A Discovery of Witches (2018), Doctor Who: Redacted (2022), and The Night Manager (2026).
Chris was born in Bangkok and grew up in Boston and London. After working as a trainee reporter on a holiday island in the south of Thailand, he started working as a full time journalist in London and joined the BBC in 2009. In 2013, his sci-fi short Exit Log won the Bombay Sapphire Imagination Series. He left the BBC to study screenwriting at the National Film and TV School.
