His depth of experience in the domain of independent filmmaking has taught him the advantage of working with limited resources and small crews outside the mainstream film industry. - [on Denouement (2017) ] I'd like people to see this film, leaving the theater wanting to unknot any problems they have in their life. I want it to invigorate them, to inspire them to face their problems head-on and figure them out and find resolve.

- [on Trees Are Angels (2017) ] We live in such a fast-paced world. Everybody is in this hustle and bustle. Everybody is asking themselves, 'What's next? What's next?' I think we've lost our focus on what really matters and how we should be living our own lives. My goal with this film is to show people the beauty of this world and to have them stop looking at their screens and stop looking at their phones; to have them realize, 'Oh my gosh, I live on this beautiful miracle! This is a gift. This is a treasure that I've been missing out on because of these little boxes.'
