Ryan Thomas is a full time composer for film and TV, formally trained in both classical and modern music styles. In 2014 he was invited to write under multiple Hong Kong Film Award winner Raymond (Ying-Wah) Wong, who composed the soundtracks to internationally acclaimed hits Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle.
Ryan's works have been featured in several record-breaking films, including The Mermaid (2016) and Journey to the West 2: Demon Chapter (2017), two of the top 25 highest grossing films in China. He has also worked on notable Chinese TV shows Secret of the Three Kingdoms (2018) and Legend of Nine Tails Fox (2019).
