Elliot was born in Bogotá, Colombia, before spending his early years in Virginia and then France. He graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2015 with a BFA in Painting and Film. Currently based out of New York City, Elliot is a writer and director known for
Beast of Eden (2019) and
Spink (2015).
