Biography

Matt Rasmussen is a director, writer, producer and actor, known for Movie Mondays with Matt+ (2025), The King of Halloween Movie Special: Part I (2025), Bring Back Ecto Cooler (2023), Spooked in Bridgewater (2015), Goosebumps: The Saga of Scares (2016) and Ecto Cooler Resurgence. His work is mostly centered in Northern Minnesota, where he is the owner of Sundown Pictures and has worked in news for over 15 years. He also co-manages Twin Ports Ghostbusters, a charity organization that helps to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House. Matt is also an avid paranormal investigator and hosts annual Halloween specials as "The King of Halloween."
