Biography

Orly Atlas-Katz, EVP Paramount Israel and CEO Ananey Paramount. She was included in Variety's Women's Impact Report, selected as an honoree in the Corporate Visionary category at the Cynopsis Top Women in Media Award, and was chosen for Forbes magazine's Power Women list in 2023.

As CEO, she managed to transform Ananey Paramount from a local multi-channel communications company to an international media corporate with a critically acclaimed studio.

In this role, Orly oversees all Ananey Paramount assets, including Ananey Studios, Ananey Tech, Nickelodeon Television Network in Israel, which encompasses Nick Jr and Teen Nick, as well as MTV and MTV Music. Additionally, she oversees the Israeli Channels: Travel, Good Life, Food, Health, and Ego.

Ananey Paramount's multidisciplinary studio develops and produces award-winning original content for the local & international entertainment markets alike. Ananey Studios' content has reached major international platforms, including Netflix, CBBC, and HBO, as well as Nickelodeon and MTV channels.

Orly has spearheaded complex operations ranging from high-end TV productions to cutting-edge app development, and was the force behind major negotiations with local and international media outlets, ultimately leading to Ananey's purchase by Paramount Global in 2020.

She received her MA in Social Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.
