Annina Alexis Fedorkova is an award-winning film director, writer and actress residing in Dubai and a founder of The Palace Entertainment Group FZE an international production UAE based company.
Annina was born in Slovakia but for most of her life, she spent in Far East Asia and Middle East. She graduated in master of philosophy in Slovakia and in acting for film at NYFA in NY and LA. Annina has appeared in numerous publications, campaigns and since a few years she has been dedicating her life to the film, television to represent the Truth to the world. The mission is to focus on films that have positive impact on the world, inspire, give emotions and tell us the Truth which is shaping us.
Her latest feature documentaries Corona & The Jewels, Destruction of The Crown are a multiple award-winning movies at international film festivals around the globe.
Annina has been doing presenting for Fashion China GXTV television in China that broadcast Arab Fashion Week in Dubai and Riyadh for Chinese audience. She has been in Saudi Arabia in Riyadh as a first Slovak national invited by the Saudi government for the first ever historical Arab Fashion Week Riyadh in April 2018 which was held in the worlds famous The Ritz Carlton Riyadh where they stayed as well. This historical event was broadcast by many international media such as CNN, BBC Italian news TG1 (Rai1), New York Times etc. February 2018 Annina was requested to perform at the biggest theater Festival in Dubai called Short&Sweet, where she played Marilyn Monroe at one man show called "Marilyn's on Set" directed and written by American director Tim Bragaw. In Dubai October 2014 Annina won The Best Actress at the Emirates Short Film Festival 2014 for film Cristal Wish. Cristal was struggling artist who was fighting with her insecurities, depressions, lost and power. A month later, November 2014, the movie Crystal Wish was premiered in the cinema in Dubai, UAE.
One of her leading roles was in a feature documentary film by American director Tim Bragaw and executive producer Nicole Purin called Beautiful Life of Women filmed in Saudi Arabia and UAE. In her own words "This project is very special to us since we made a history, we were part of a milestone and we are leaving a legacy with this film. We were working with very talented people from Los Angeles and Italy. We can not wait to show it to the world." Beautiful Life of Women is a multiple award-winning movie at international film festivals around the globe.
Annina is called/known as Marilyn Monroe. She has appeared in many shoots portraying this American icon. One of her most favorite was shooting at Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, Los Angeles USA for Thomas Cook magazine world wide, where she portrayed Marilyn spending her morning by the pool sipping a hot coffee and reading LA times. This hotel was used for Pretty Woman film and other Hollywood celebrities and hosted everyone from the Dalai Lama to many top officials as former US president Barack Obama. It was a home to Elvis Presley and John Lennon. Shooting at this stunning old Hollywood hotel has the greatest memories for her. "I have a huge respect for Norma Jeane. There is no one, no where and never will be like her. We can just try to understand her from distance, her life and her death. Norma Jeane will be forever in our hearts." And she continues "I am so honored that in someone's eyes I am like Marilyn even thought, I do always say I am me but I do feel her in many ways and acting just did a big role to get closer to her. I do take this opportunity very seriously and I am studying her to be able to perform the best I can and I always will. Thank you".
