Elicia Stokes Navarro is an American actor and voice actor whose work spans independent film, television, and new media. After stepping away from the industry to raise her two children, she returned to acting in 2010 and has since built a growing body of work across dramatic and genre productions.
She currently portrays Sheila from Tonopah in Greg Dodder's Skywatchers: The Lost Signal. Her screen credits include the short films Ill Faded, The Last Sip, Punk Rock Pitstop, When Things Go Left, Stratosphere or Bust, and Last Sip.
Committed to continual artistic growth, Elicia is trained in the Meisner technique and studies at the TAMA International School of Acting. She has trained with acting coach David Thompson and previously studied with Adam Hill at The Craft Acting Studio in Las Vegas from 2010 to 2014. She continues to develop her craft through ongoing professional training.
Known for bringing authenticity, emotional depth, and grounded performances to her roles, Navarro continues to expand her work in film, television, and voice acting while collaborating with emerging and established filmmakers.
