Biography

Ambika Subra is a writer and set designer based in Mexico City and New York. Some of her work includes Aaron Sorkin's Trial of the Chicago 7 (nominated for an ADG Award), HBO's The Flight Attendant (nominated for an Emmy and ADG award), Apple TV's WeCrashed, and HBO's The Deuce. She was one of the five artists behind the collective Badlands Unlimited, founded by MacArthur Genius Grant recipient Paul Chan in 2010.
