Biography

Tami has worked extensively in the field of Costume throughout many entertainment mediums, both in Australia and overseas. Whilst living in London, she joined the Costume team working on one of the most well-known and adored shows in London's West End, 'The Phantom of the Opera'. Here Tami learnt quickly and developed many new skills in the world of Costume. In her time living in London Tami also added two more of London's longest running shows to her credits- 'Chicago' and 'Cats'. A personal highlight of her time in London as being apart of the Costume team for 'The Phantom of The Opera's 25th Anniversary Concert'. Returning to Australia in 2012, Tami has focused her time on work in the Television and Film industry. She has worked extensively as a Key Costume Standby on many of Australia's beloved shows- 'House Husbands', 'Wentworth', 'Nowhere Boys', 'Underbelly Squizzy' and 'Miss Fisher', to name a few. She also adds 'I, Frankenstein' and 'The Dressmaker' to her film credits, and the US SyFy mini series 'Childhoods End'. As well as her work as a Key Costume Standby, Tami has also worked as a Costume Designer, Costume Finisher, Props Maker and Production Designer, making her extensive all-round creative knowledge an asset on any production.
