Melissa Haas(II)

Melissa Haas is an actress and filmmaker from Atlanta, Georgia with mixed Puerto Rican and Jewish heritage. She has trained in sketch, improv, and stand-up comedy. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Performance Studies, she transitioned to an on-camera career and has enjoyed collaborating on many film and television projects, as well as appearing in several commercial campaigns alongside Shaquielle O'Neal. As an indie creator, she focuses her original work on shoving joy into life's worst and most awkward moments.

Melissa grew up riding and showing Arabian horses competitively, and today she uses her equine background to volunteer at a therapeutic riding program that helps participants heal through physical and occupational therapy, as well as mental health services. She also uses her voiceover talent to volunteer reading for the visually impaired.
