Heather Knobel is a Brazilian-American actor, singer, and plus-size model from Miami, FL. A daughter of immigrants, she is committed to telling empowering stories about communities of color through theater, television, & film.
You may have seen her on Season 2 of Monsters: the Menendez Story on Netflix or (what season are we on now?) of Grey’s Anatomy. She made her off-Broadway debut in Macbeth at the Park Avenue Armory starring Sir Kenneth Branagh.
Passionate about amplifying Latinx voices, she was a Semi-Finalist in the 2025 Nosotros Monologue Slam presented by NBC Universal and a guest dancer on "Quiereme Descalzi" & "El Show de Cristina".
Heather is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, a recent alumna of the IAMA Theatre Company's Actor Summer Intensive, and a member of Lena Waithe's Hillman Grad Program Class of 2026.
