Biography

Teisha Speight is an American television and film actress based in Atlanta. Originally from North Carolina, she developed an early interest in performance through school activities before transitioning into on-screen work. After attending North Carolina State University, she chose to pursue acting full-time and relocated to Atlanta to continue developing her craft.

She has trained in the Meisner technique and continues to study and refine her work. Since establishing herself in the Southeast market, Teisha has appeared in a range of television and film projects. Her credits include the Emmy-winning FX series Atlanta, as well as Will Trent, BMF, Dynasty, and P-Valley, along with the feature film The Burial.

Known for portraying grounded, emotionally expressive characters, she continues to work across drama and streaming projects.
