The Shelter is a dark-comedy web series that follows the life of a delusional lone man sheltering-in-place through the covid-19 crisis. The Shelter, is established on all major social media platforms. Joe attributes much of his artistic abilities to a very colorful and eclectic upbringing. Throughout the course of his life he has had the privilege of building close relationships with artists, surfers, tradesmen, musicians, bikers, corporate professionals, culturally enriched communities and all socioeconomic classes.
