Biography

Luis Avilez is a California native who was raised in the city of Covina. His first steps into acting began while he was enrolled in Mt San Antonio College in Walnut, CA. He received an associates in Sociology but had no interest in pursuing a career in that field. Since he was unsure of what he wanted to do as a career, he thought that the best option was to start taking business classes to gain knowledge on how to become a business owner. His interest into acting began when he saw a sign on campus for an entertainment industry workshop which included a small production company and management company. In 2019 Luis formed the production company Zeliva Pictures to begin producing short form content and later that year began the Hispanic Film Festival. Luis has wide range of credits from television shows on Hulu, ABC, CBS, FOX, FX and multiple independent films.
