Born and raised in Sydenham England, but now residing in North West London, Collet is both self-taught and industry-trained in the filmmaking/Arts sectors.

She has worked in a number of different departments in film and television production including Management, Producing and distribution and casting. And has accumulated over a decade of experience in nearly all areas of the film industry.

Believing her dyslexia is a big part of what contributes to her empathy for other people - she became an avid charity and also film festival volunteer,

Collet is an award-winning short film Producer and has a Skillset Media Academy Bachelors Film Degree from Middlesex University. She now also has her Masters Degree in Scriptwriting from Goldsmiths University.

She also has a rather keen interest in multiple business ownership and online startups. Collet has trained with and been supported by the Prince's Trust and has obtained both her Level I and II Enterprise Awards. She now runs two businesses as her main hobbies: one charitable events business, focusing on helping the homeless community, while promoting the confidence of women, and the other is a nonprofit film based project still in development.

Collet continues to write scripts with hidden messages - in the genres of psychological thrillers, horror and exploring the supernatural.
