Rio Silas McDowell is a multi-talented Studio Mechanic within Local 336 of the IATSE. With credits in the Electrical Department, Art Department, and Grip Department. Rio has worked on many television series and feature films since the start of his career, ranging back to the time he graduated high-school in 2013. Rio lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, focusing on his career and contributions to his local and community. He hopes to see Arizona thrive as a film hub as it once was.
