Everett "Chuck" Williams attended Texas A&I (Texas A&M Kingsville) University and Southwest Texas State (Texas State) University. Williams is a financier of Technology, Real Estate, and Entertainment projects. Everett is a Texas Real Estate Investor/ Developer of several properties. Everett latest endeavor continues with Treviso in Houston, TX by Gehan Homes. Since 1982, he has owned more than 2,000 Residential and Commercial Properties throughout the Continental U.S., Africa, Europe, Bahamas, Jamaica, etc... His work has also resulted in the acquisitions of more than 1,800 acres of Waterfront Land and several Waterfront Properties in Several areas of the US including Hawaii, Florida Keys, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. During his 16 years as a Mortgage Broker, Williams, through his multiple offices, Financed more than 1,400 Residential and Commercial Properties. As a Licensed Texas Auctioneer his companies have organized Real Estate Auctions and sold more than 700 properties for such noted organizations including but not limited to SBA, VA, HUD, & FDIC. Williams is an Entertainment Financier, and Producer, both in the film and music industry.
