Monica Bowman

Monica Bowman, a Canadian actress, first started performing at the age of 6, training in Vaganova Ballet. Leaving ballet to train in a multitude of other dance styles and gymnastics; she went on to complete her Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Acting at the University of British Columbia. Since then she has had the opportunity to continuously expand her craft through incredible teachers and mentors. Monica's passion for physical work led her to pursue dance styles such as hip hop, heels, house, contemporary and lyrical, alongside training in stage combat. While working in Film/TV she continues to train in various movement and physical practices such as tricking and archery. Her goals in the industry are sustained by a love for exploring the human condition, physical work, and the vibrant community she has the honor of being a part of.
