Todd W. Fulkerson was born on February 28, 1977 in the USA. He was a producer and actor, known for Evil Bong 666 (2017), Evil Bong: High 5 (2016) and Dead Man's Hand (2022). He died on November 22, 2022 in Alhambra, California, USA.

Up until the time of his death in 2022, Todd's website was the oldest, continuously-running site dedicated to the autograph hobby.

An avid and well known autograph collector. Could often be found attending fan conventions, book signings and exhibition events throughout Southern California.
