Biography

Joseph De Cross is a Director, Freelance writer and screenwriter. His latest project is "Uncertain Encounters," a Sci-Fi short which won best feature film at the 2nd Flix Fest Festival in Teaneck NJ. His background in Mechanical Engineering and Math gives him the tools to come up with lots of unexpected plots. He took Directing classes in 2014 under the tenure of Eric Lau, right here in Manhattan. Joseph studied web designing and ran Offset Printing Presses. He travels a lot. He has been in Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Belize, Panama and Mexico. He is also a poet and a songwriter. Follow him on Instagram, @josephdecross. On December 23th he traveled to Caral-Peru to film a documentary about this enigmatic 5,000 years old civilization.
