Lexi Blevins began dancing at age 3 and acting at 7, appearing in school plays, local productions, and community theater. Her early passion for performance led her to earn a degree in Theater from Baylor University and later train at the prestigious William Esper Studio in New York City. She is best known for her role as Vic in the web series Rivals, along with several supporting roles on networks including TV One and Investigation Discovery.

While Lexi began her career in front of the camera, she has since expanded her reach as a successful entrepreneur and top-producing realtor in Atlanta. Her transition from the arts to business has been both seamless and dynamic. She now leads Monarch Realty Partners, a boutique real estate teams at Real Broker, and has been recognized as a top 5% producing agent in Georgia for five consecutive years.

Lexi's on-camera experience continues to shine in her role as a host on The American Dream, an Emmy-nominated, Telly Award-winning national TV show that highlights real estate, lifestyle, and inspirational success stories. She brings the same energy and charisma to her hosting work that she once brought to the stage and screen.
