Biography

Lydia Hooker is an actress, improviser and co-creator of Cosmic Force Comedy, a sketch comedy channel blending absurd humor with history.

Originally from the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, she's one of nine kids who started making "horror films" with the family camcorder and way too much ketchup.

Now based in Los Angeles, Lydia has trained with Groundlings, UCB and Scott Sedita. She loves working in comedy and hopes for the resurgence of multi-cams one day!
