Steve (stg ALOI) has been active in media broadcasting, Affiliates stations and Creative Voice Imagery since 1979. Steve went in the Army as a air frame and power at a very young age,Befriended a airman working at A.F.R.T.S. (American Forces Radio and Television Services)AFN Shape Belgium and Frankfurt West Germany. Steve then "Got the Bug", itching for his first radio gig. Steve Left Europe signing up for another three-year enlistment with a 2 yr. Caveat extension as a soldier in Hawaii and had stumbled upon the Downtown satellite School office of Columbia School of Broadcasting and Radio Sales in Honolulu. after getting a taste of Army community theater. Steve is best known for his voice work from 1986 to 2000 for various TV and Radio stations and has voiced various industry pre-recorded commercials through out California and abroad and was nominated thru submission for a CLIO in 1985 Steven dabble in comedy writing, music programming, theater and has been credited for couple of TV acting roles and extra work for Universal and CBS productions for MOW's late 1980s but dreaded and never ever liked the wait in a chair/trailer waiting for production flaws to complete. Steve later co-produced the San Luis Obispo County 22nd district GOP candidate media campaign. During & While working in Media careers, Steve also worked for the United States Government Department of Defense as a civil gov servant to the Army war-fighters of Schofield barracks, Barbers Point N.A.S. Ft. Shafter Hawaii, in addition, Steve worked at Camp Roberts SATCOM San Luis Obispo ca. and Ft. Hunter Liggett in Jolon ca. as a Federal Law officer then retiring from Vandenberg Air Force Base 30th Space Wing, Space Command. As of 6/13/2019 with completed federal service 28 plus years A BS graduate of California Polytech State University Slo. And a member of the Phi Kappa Alpha, (Pikes) business fraternity. majored. In Counseling Psychology, Criminal Forensics and Theater,Music arts. Steven began his media career as a radio Disc Jockey upon inactive enlistment from the USArmy on Oct 1983. Hurricane Iwa hit the Hawaiian Islands Nov. 23rd, 1982 with wind gusts exceeding 100+ mph (160 km/h) and rough seas exceeding 30 feet (9 m) in height. The first significant hurricane to hit the Hawaiian Islands since statehood in 1959, Iwa severely damaged,destroyed 2,345 buildings, including 1,927 houses, leaving 500 people homeless. Damage totaled $312 mill. One person was killed from the high seas, and three deaths were indirectly related to the hurricane's aftermath clean up. Unfortunately, Steve was present during us army mandatory clean up and had his first look of death before him in his own arms.
