Originally from Youngstown, OH., Paul Hood is a Playwright, Actor, Screenwriter, Theatre Director and Freelance Writer/Photographer living in Harrisburg, PA. He is Harrisburg Magazine's Simply the Best Actor winner for 2022, and A Pennlive Trailblazers and Trendsetters Award recipient for 2024. Acting stage credits include The Mother****** with the Hat, Waiting for Godot, My Electric Life, Lizzie Borden, Lizzie Borden, Rashomon, If You Knew York, and Glengarry Glen Ross. Film credits: Stories, Calls, and most recently, River City Stories, which he co-wrote with Filmmaker, Wallace McKelvey.
