Chiranjeevi Sarja was a popular Kannada film actor who carved a distinct space for himself in Sandalwood with his intense screen presence, easy charm and mass appeal. Born and raised in Bengaluru in a renowned film family, he was the grandson of veteran actor Shakti Prasad, nephew of South Indian star Arjun Sarja and elder brother of Kannada actor Dhruva Sarja, which gave him early exposure to cinema and the craft of acting.

Before stepping in front of the camera, he worked behind the scenes as an assistant to his uncle Arjun Sarja for several years, learning filmmaking and acting nuances on film sets. He made his acting debut as a lead in the Kannada film "Vayuputra," a romantic action drama that earned him praise and a best debut award, immediately marking him as a promising young hero.
