Kiko Sanchez is a New Mexico-based character actor known for his grounded, authentic presence and versatility across both dramatic and comedic roles. He is often cast as blue-collar, authority, and working-class characters, bringing a lived-in realism to Westerns, crime dramas, and period pieces, while also delivering sharp, understated humor in comedic performances. He has appeared in a range of film and television projects, including Monday, She Rides Shotgun, and A Million Ways to Die in the West, working alongside established directors and production teams. His work is marked by subtle intensity, emotional truth, and a natural comedic timing that allows him to move seamlessly between drama and humor. Kiko trained with Carla Garcia at the Anthony Meindl’s Actor Workshop (AMAW), where he developed a technique rooted in spontaneity, connection, and truthful behavior. This foundation supports both his dramatic depth and his ability to find humor in authentic, character-driven moments. In addition to acting, Kiko has an extensive background in film production, including work in art and camera departments.
