- He grew up in Angels Camp, CA, where he attended Bret Harte High School. Dillashaw competed on the school's wrestling team and played football. In 2004 he graduated and enrolled at California State University. At college, Dillashaw competed successfully for the Titans wrestling program.
- American mixed martial artist with a Black belt in Bang Muay Thai and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He competes in the UFC and became the UFC Bantamweight champion in 2017.
