Karina Weeks was born on July 8, 1990. After the Armenian earthquake,
her family relocated to Russia (where she grew
up). With only a hundred dollars to her name, she moved to the United
States to pursue her dreams. Her career gained traction after winning
Best Supporting Actress at the Las Vegas Choice Awards for her role as
"Link" in the Theater production of "Tattoo." Karina went on to featured
roles in "Alongside night," the Brazilian blockbuster "Until luck
do us," and other productions filmed in Las Vegas. In 2013, she starred in the web series VIVA. After that she played leading roles in "All Hallows Eve" and "The Crescent." She decided to try her luck in Hollywood and moved to Los Angeles to continue her career in film and television. She was seen as the hostess of "Who is who in Hollywood," as well as other Entertainment shows: earning the 2014 "Hollywood International Entertainment Award." After a year of working in the industry in Hollywood, she quickly realised that she was meant to create her own stories with deeper meaning and purpose. This decision made her move back to Las Vegas, where she graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in Film. While at UNLV, she earned another award: This time as a director as she presented her film "Dream Date" to the Las Vegas film audience. Currently living on the East Coast of US, she creates her own stories and continues her journey as a filmmaker: making unique short films with meaningful messages.
