Phoebe Mar

Phoebe Mar is from South Florida where she trained and performed with the Miami City Ballet and later the San Francisco Ballet. She graduated from the theatre department at Marymount Manhattan college, and continued a diverse path as a performing artist by working with such companies as The American Mime Theatre, Theatre 4 the People, Spit N Vigor, The People’s Improv Theatre (where she performed on the sketch comedy team Savage), and Noche Flamenco- New York City’s premier flamenco dance company. She also self produced the play TV in my Bones at Theatre for the New City with support from A Gathering of the Tribes. She stumbled into on camera work, making an independent web series with her friends, and then worked in commercials, short films, and inevitably, an appearance on Law and Order SVU. She hopes to act in movies, where her true heart lives.
