Kailena Mai was born in Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington School of Drama. She had wanderlust after college, traveling and writing about the people she encountered. In her 20's she moved to Hollywood to continue the career path of a storyteller. She resides in the LA area where she studies, acts, writes and produces theatre and film.
