David Jay(III)

David Jay was born on January 29, 1988 in Plymouth, New Hampshire. He grew up in a small Connecticut town and graduated from Plainfield High School in Plainfield, CT. In 2010, David graduated from Arizona State University and majored in both Business and Theatre. David suffered from severe vocal and physical tics his entire life but now primarily only has facial and some slight vocal tics. Early on in his acting career David would try and mask his tics which resulted in some extremely difficult auditions and performances. He still managed to win multiple Best Actor Awards and book dozens of roles without ever acknowledging Tourette. On October 1, 2020, Jay was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome and now brings awareness to the disorder through film and acting.
