Biography

Aryavir Lakhwane is an Indian director, creator and screenwriter whose work explores ambition, identity, intimacy and social change through emotionally grounded, visually driven storytelling. A graduate of Whistling Woods International, he directed and created the original series Transition - Inside Out for Viacom18, and directed the pilot episode of the Malaysian travel series Destination Dreams. On Made in Heaven Season 2, he served as second unit director across all seven episodes and received additional story credit on the episodes Beauty and the Beast and Love Story. His short film KhwaishQein screened at national and international festivals, including Berlin Lounge and the Mumbai International Film Festival. Based in Mumbai, Lakhwane draws creative inspiration from mountaineering and collecting vintage film posters.
