Biography

Arnaldo Cézar Coelho was born on January 15, 1943 in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is an actor, known for Chama o VAR (2026), Bahêa Minha Vida: O Filme (2011) and Zico: Futebol pra Quem Começa (1988).

He is a former football referee. He was the first Brazilian, indeed the first non-European, to take charge of the FIFA World Cup final when he officiated in the 1982 final between Italy and West Germany.
