Zak Olkewicz was born on December 19, 1983 in Los Angeles County, California, USA. Zak is a writer and producer, known for Bullet Train (2022), The Last Voyage of the Demeter (2023) and Fear Street: Part Two - 1978 (2021). Zak is married to Katrina Rennells. They have one child.

Son of Walter Olkewicz.

He dropped out of high school to be a caregiver for his father, character actor Walter Olkewicz during his illnesses. He studied for the GED test and scored a perfect 4,000 on the test.he was one of only six people nationwide that year to perform flawlessly on the 7 1/2-hour test of reading, writing, math, science and social studies.. Zak was honored at a ceremony and received a three minute standing ovation.
