José Miguel Ortegón, professionally known as Sr Ortegon, is an acclaimed independent production music producer and composer from Cali, Colombia. A Latin Grammy nominee and Mark Award winner, he is also a member of the Television Academy (Emmy) and a certified Music Supervisor from Berklee College of Music (Boston, USA). With these distinguished accomplishments, Sr Ortegon has established himself as a notable figure in the production music industry.

For the past two decades, Sr Ortegon's contributions to Latin and Tropical production music have set industry standards, serving the needs of film, television, video games, and advertising through renowned music libraries.

His extensive portfolio includes notable works on projects such as Cobra Kai, Terminator: Salvation, Rambo: Last Blood, Spider Man: Into the Spider-verse (an Oscar-winning masterpiece), Lady Bird (an Oscar nominee), Mechanic: Resurrection, and The Simpsons, among others.
