John Lewin was adapter. Tyrone Guthrie was director. Tanya Moiseiwitsch was set and costume designer. Carolyn Parker was mask designer Richard Borgen was lighting designer. Dominick Argento was composer. Fran Bennett was assistant to the director. Jim Bakkom was prop designer.
