Leslie Lausch

After failing upwards thru academia, Leslie founded a startup tech company, which failed spectacularly too. Upon realizing that all he had when packing up his day job was a drawer full of comedic stories, plays, sketches; he decided to do nothing with it and become a SCUBA guide instead. He failed at that too. One day he read a quote from J.M. Barrie: "We are all failures -at least the best of us are." 10 years later, Leslie discovered this quote was from the guy who wrote Peter Pan. Leslie realized his tribe: Writers. That day, he gave up seeking success and to relish in a life of endless rejection and insecurity. Today he's happily quarantined in his native habitat in Los Angeles.
