Lauren studied Drama and Film at university, gaining a 1:1 distinction before going on to further training in method acting with distinguished teachers as well as performing with famed groups such as Artluxe and renowned immersive theatre group Punchdrunk. She then dipped her toes into the world of film and television; undertaking several roles in prestigious shows, as well as working alongside some of the most familiar faces in the industry.
