Biography

Nathan Chang is a film/television director and owner of Halleloo Creative, a digital content creative agency based in Brooklyn, NY. Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Nathan left the South to pursue a career in musical theatre. He studied acting and musical theatre for many years and performed across the nation in various musical productions (including ...Spelling Bee, The Drowsy Chaperone, Joseph...Dreamcoat and many others). He also is an avid writer of songs and has performed his own original comedy songs at Jazz at Lincoln Center, the Met Room, and various other venues around NYC. His cabaret performance and composition work was recognized with a Bistro Award in 2015.

Nathan eventually found his true home in film production. He started his directing career in the world of sketch comedy. After directed 20 episodes of the sketch comedy web series, Chitty Chitty Bailey Chang, he directed his first short film in 2015, Honey Hands, which lead to him starting Halleloo Creative the same year. Since starting that company, his film directing work has expanded to include commercials, musicals, music videos, web series, cooking shows, and talk shows across all genres from high comedy to drama to horror.
