- Rotem is a film graduate from 'Minshar School of art' film department in Tel Aviv, Israel. Growing up in Air Force bases most of her life, Folowing her father's job as a combat pilot, made Rotem the exploring artist she is today. Always interested to examine the form of memories and trauma in cinema and art combining her own experiences. 'Frozen' has been premiered at the Jerusalem film festival 2015'
Her last short film 'The Woman Who Can't Forget' (2013) has been presented at the 'Cannes short film corner 2013' and has won BEST EDITING award in 'Epos Film Festival 2014'
