A seemingly simple premise playfully unfolds into a delightfully chaotic and intoxicating collective spectacle in this DIY-gem. A man is late for a party, which might be just a wine night, and with him he has an aroused choir he found in the Norwegian night. What could go wrong? What could go right? With limited resources, great enthusiasm, a warm gaze and edgy editing, several parallel spaces are created in one and the same stairwell. The anarchic humour is as infectious as it is pitch-perfect. The details in the chaos are convincing. Nordic Shorts Award 2025 goes to "Sorry I'm late (but I brought a choir)" by Håkon Anton
