Biography

Kenton Blythe is a Toronto-based performer, director, and producer. His work spans theatre, film, television, and live performance, often blending music, comedy, and storytelling to create bold, accessible work for audiences of all ages.

As a performer, Kenton has appeared in productions at the Shaw Festival and toured internationally in Evil Dead: The Musical. He has originated roles in numerous Canadian plays and musicals and is a recipient of a My Entertainment World Award for Outstanding Ensemble. On screen, he has performed principal roles on series including Murdoch Mysteries and Amazon Prime’s The Greatest, and has contributed instrumental performances to projects for Hallmark, Netflix, and Disney.

As a creator and producer, Kenton is best known for Curious K Explores the Paleozoic, an award-winning musical for young audiences that premiered at the Toronto Fringe Festival. The project was developed following Ke.

Kenton is an ACTRA / CAEA member and independent producer. He is passionate about collaboration, original Canadian work, and creating projects that are entertaining, thoughtful, and built to connect with audiences.
