- Danny loves animals and has had all sorts of animals over the years from parrots to horses but his favorite was a male Mt Lion he raised from a cub and had for over 18 years ,, he used to take him in the bars where he lived in Charleston SC and to the beach,.
- Danny's parents were Baptist Missionaries to Brazil ,so Danny Grew up in the Amazon city of Manaus and spent many months in the interior jungle hunting fishing and exploring as a kid, he speaks Portuguese fluently and considers Brazil his second home.
- Dannys always liked buying selling and hunting deals, as of 2011 he owns a pawnshop in Biloxi MS.
