Jason M. Varso is a talented actor from the picturesque landscapes of West Michigan, where he was born and raised. Rooted in a family dedicated to education, he grew up surrounded by the inspiring influence of his parents.

His journey into acting began in the vibrant atmosphere of middle school, where he first graced the stage in several school productions. That pivotal summer, marking his high school graduation, he stepped into the professional realm by securing roles in three engaging summer stock productions. He decided that an education was very important before he set out to follow his dreams of acting. He went on to graduate with honors with an architecture degree. It was not until the summer of 2008 that he ventured into film, making his debut in the poignant short film Respect For The Dead. Shortly thereafter, Jason found himself collaborating with notable actors like Wendi McLendon-Covey (Bridesmaids, RENO 911) and Sam Huntington (Not Another Teen Movie) in the film TUG, a production further enriched by the presence of talented co-stars like Haylie Duff (Napoleon Dynamite), Sarah Drew (Radio), and Yeardley Smith (As Good as It Gets).

Determined to lay a solid foundation, Jason pursued a second degree at Ferris State University, driven by the belief that education is a crucial asset in the unpredictable world of acting. Following his graduation, he relocated to picturesque South Carolina, where he signed with a prestigious agency in Wilmington, N.C. This move opened the door to an incredible opportunity, as he worked with a remarkable ensemble cast on the beloved TV show Army Wives (Lifetime). During his time on set, a production assistant approached him with an enticing proposition-to portray a reporter in the heartfelt film Little Red Wagon, directed by the acclaimed David Anspaugh (Rudy, Hoosiers). Eager to seize the moment, Jason embraced the opportunity, finding himself alongside rising stars such as Chandler Canterbury (Knowing, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button), Anna Gunn (Breaking Bad, Enemy of the State), and Daveigh Elizabeth Chase-Schwallier (The Ring).

Beyond his impressive film and television credits, Jason has become a familiar face throughout Michigan, particularly known for his impactful DUI commercial for the Office of Highway Safety Planning, which first aired in 2009 and resonated widely with audiences.

With a rich portfolio that includes numerous films and commercials, Jason is attached to a postponed movie called Past Due, which would have been masterfully directed by the legendary Robert Conrad (The Wild Wild West).
