Biography

Pablo Eisenberg was born on July 1, 1936 in Paris, France. He was married to Helen Cierniak. He died on October 18, 2022 in Rockville, Maryland, USA.

Was the godson of the legendary cellist Pau Casals , for whom he was named after. ("Pau" is the Catalan variant of the Spanish name "Pablo"). Casals was a good friend with his father, cellist Maurice Eisenberg.

His father, Maurice Eisenberg, was a notable cellist who taught at the prestigious Julliard School in New York City.
