Biography

Royce White was born on April 10, 1991 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. He is a writer and producer, known for Fearless with Jason Whitlock (2020), CNN Newsroom (1989) and Digital Social Hour (2023).

NBA rookie [2013].

Selected 16th overall in the 2012 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets out of Iowa State. His rights were traded to the Philadelphia 76ers in July 2013 after White's alleged mental health issues, including a fear of flying, led the Rockets to suspend him in January for failing to perform, as per his contract. White has blamed his disorders for several run-ins with the law during his amateur career, which led to being kicked out of two schools.
