Born in 1989, Angel is a Bulgarian film and commercial producer. He started his career at Chouchkov Brothers in 2011 and founded Handplayed Productions in 2015. Since then he is working on various commercial and film projects with some of the brightest Bulgarian talent. Handplayed have produced more than 15 Bulgarian short films with selections at Berlinale, Brussels Short Film Fest, Sofia Film Fest, among many others. Angel was part of the producers cohort at Sarajevo Talents 2015. In 2021 Angel became the Bulgarian representative to the International Quorum of Motion Picture Producers.
